AN ORDINANCE to amend Sections two (2) and three (3) of the agreement between the City of Omaha and Metro Area Continuum of Care for the Homeless (MACCH) in the amount of Sixteen Million Nine Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Four Dollars and 30/100 ($16,908,704.30) on Ordinance number 42260 passed August 31, 2021: to provide an additional $19,277,599.58 in Emergency Rental Assistance funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury to provide rent and utility assistance to households at 80% of area median income or less who are impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic; to allow up to 10% of the additional funds ($1,927,759.96) to be set aside for project delivery costs incurred by MACCH.

The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, February 13, 2023, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.
