• 1/16/25- 12pm- 3947 Vernon St, Omaha, NE 68111

• 1/16/25- 1pm- 4719 N 37th St, Omaha, NE 68111

• 1/16/25- 2pm- 4035 Redman Cir, Omaha, NE 68111

Property Walk-thru (required to bid):

Contractor must be an approved contractor. Contact HHO at info@onehh.org to apply.

BID CLOSING TIME:

4pm- 7 days after walk-thru.

All bids should be in accordance with the specifications available for review at the Healthy Housing office, located at:

1425 S. 13th Street

Omaha, NE 68108

Bids can be:

1. Emailed to info@onehh.org.

All bids must be received at or before the closing time stated above. Bids will be opened and read at the Healthy Housing offices immediately after closing time.

The owner reserves all rights to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids, in whole or in part.
