Crown Tower Mold Remediation

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide for a mold remediation plan that includes the rebuild after the remediation at the Crown Tower Apartments located at 5904 Henninger Dr. Omaha, NE. as specified herein:

IFB packets will be available on Tuesday May 18, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on Thursday May 27, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.  Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Bid submission is Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Bids will be marked: Attn: Murphy Knight – IFB 210513 Crown Tower Mold Remediation
