NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

NOTICE

The Nebraska Public Service Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska and at 4565 Shirley Street, Omaha, Nebraska.

Remote access to the meeting will be available via WebEx at the following link: http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex (case sensitive). Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 415-655-0003, then enter 926 343 190 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://tiny.cc/PSCCal.

 RE:  Application No. NG-109  In the Matter of the Application of Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, Rapid City, South Dakota, seeking approval of a general rate increase.

 Interested persons are hereby notified that the public hearing on the above-captioned application was previously scheduled to begin 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2020, in the Lancaster Ballroom of the Cornhusker Marriott Hotel.  However, the parties to this proceeding have advised the Commission that they are in the process of finalizing a complete settlement of the issues. Therefore, the hearing in this matter will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, and held in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Access to the hearing via webconference will be made available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/

The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has posted a Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the Nebraska Rent-Restricted Housing Projects Valuation Committee meeting to be held virtually on October 30, 2020.
