Lilee Surdell had the best finish for Ralston-Mercy, firing a new all-time career-best low score of 81, which was good enough for a sixth-place finish individually out of approximately 60 competitors.
“I’m very satisfied with how the girls played today and how they are continuing to keep getting better,” Ralston-Mercy girls golf coach Wesley Kosch said. “I have some competitors on this team that want to win and that is exciting to be a part of. Many times my players are out to just meet some new friends and have fun, and that is all good as well, but having the desire to want to compete is always extra exciting.”
