PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 22, 2020, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for JKE Hospitality, LLC, dba “Javi’s Taco”, located at 17676 Welch Plaza, Unit 9.

Change of Location of the Class “I” Liquor License for Lorray, Inc., dba “Ray’s Original Buffalo Wings”, 120 South 31st Avenue, Suite 5103 to be located at 200 South 31st Avenue, Suite 4103 and to change to Trade Name/DBA to “Ray’s”.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
