The Omaha Public Schools Board of Education will hold a Workshop on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 6:00 PM Central. The meeting will be held at North High School, 4410 N 36th Street, Omaha, NE 68111. A copy of the current agenda is available for public inspection in the office of the Board Secretary at TAC during normal business hours. The agenda may also be viewed by clicking on the Current Meeting link under the Board of Education tab at district.ops.org.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the OPS – Mills Building Printing and Publication Remodel, Bid Number 24-017, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by BCDM Architects, will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 PM, CST, Tuesday December 5, 2023. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference / Project Walk Through on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the OPS Mills Building, 4311 N 30th Street, Omaha, NE 68111.

Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after October 27, 2023. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
