NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Education, of the School District No. 54 in the county of Douglas, in the State of Nebraska, has a school board member vacancy on the Ralston Board of Education, effective January 4, 2023, due to a resignation. If you are interested in filling this unpaid, volunteer vacancy through a Board appointment process, please submit a letter of interest and resume beginning January 2, 2023, through January 19, 2023. The term of this board seat will expire on January 8, 2024. To be eligible for this appointment, you must be a legal voter in the Ralston School District. (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 79-543).
