PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on March 3, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property at 4734 and 4802 South 90th Street from R1-Single-Family Residential District (Large Lot) and R3-Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to R3-Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property at 6404 South 60th Street from DR-Development Reserve District to GI-General Industrial District.

An ordinance to approve an Amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the City’s Master Plan from Civic and Open Space to Industrial for the property located at 6404 South 60th Street.

An ordinance to rezone property at 6220 North 30th Street from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 6220 North 30th Street.

An ordinance to rezone property at 2808 Ames Avenue from R5-Urban Family Residential District and GC-General Commercial District to CC-Community Commercial District.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-2- Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 2808 Ames Avenue.

An ordinance to rezone property at 330 North 117th Street from LO-Limited Office District to CC-Community Commercial District.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-3-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 330 North 117th Street.
