ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Sealed Qualification Packets addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “OPS Minne Lusa Elementary & Spring Lake Elementary Cooling Tower Replacement -Bid No: 24-007”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:00 PM, CST, Friday, December 15, 2023. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

There will be mandatory pre-bid meeting held on Thrusday, November 22, 2023, at 09:00 AM CST at Minne Lusa Elementary School - 2728 Ida St, Omaha, NE 68112, and 10 AM CST at Spring Lake Elementary School - 4215 S 20th St, Omaha, NE 68107. Attendees must attend both site visits to be allowed to submit a bid.

2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after November 14, 2023. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
