Residential HVAC Services

OHA is now soliciting bids from qualified, licensed and insured entities to provide Residential HVAC services. The purpose of this IFB is to form a pool of qualified HVAC contractors that OHA may draw from to contract for HVAC Repair and Replacement Services. This work will be on an as-needed basis for preventative maintenance, routine service calls, and emergency service calls for all OHA properties.

Packets are available on Wednesday, September 25 2024.

Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. CST.

The deadline for questions for the project is Friday, October 18, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. CST. 

The bid deadline for the project is Thursday, October 24th, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. CST.

Please submit all bids per the instructions in the IFB.
