4.  Citizens Comments:  This is an opportunity for members of the audience to be heard at this time for a maximum of 5 minutes on any topic not on the agenda as it relates to the Douglas County Criminal Justice System. However, under the Open Meetings Act, agenda items should give reasonable notice of the matters to be considered by the Douglas County Criminal Justice System Management Council so that the public will know which matters are under consideration. As a result, members of the Management Council will not engage in discussions, conversations, debates, or take action on any item presented during Citizen Comments. During Citizen Comments, the Chair will keep order and a citizen may be called “out of order” for disruptive conduct or behavior.

LAND REUTILIZATION COMMISSION

PUBLICATION NOTICE

 

The Board of Commissioners of the Land Reutilization Commission (LRC) of Douglas County will meet for their regular meeting at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, May 22, 2025 in Room H-13, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, Nebraska. An agenda for said meeting of the Commission shall be readily available in the LRC office at Room 909, 1819 Farnam St, Omaha Nebraska.  An auction, if needed, will be on May 15, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in Room H-13 in the same building.  In the event of an emergency, the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting.
