The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) OHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded entities to provide REAL ESTATE MARKETING AND BROKERAGE SERVICES for single family property owned by OHA. 

Proposals will be available on 

• Thursday, December 5 after 10:00 a.m.

• Proposals will be accepted until December 19, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

All activities will take place at the OHA Office, 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE DOUGLAS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH

The Douglas County Board of Health will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 1111 South 41st Street, Suite 205, Omaha, Nebraska in the administrative conference room of the Health Department.  The proposed agenda, which shall be kept continuously current, shall be available at the office of the Health Director, 1111 South 41st Street, Suite 205, Omaha, Nebraska during normal working hours.  The administrative and/or public health issues committee may meet immediately following.
