Approval of September 9, 2024 minutes

Reverse decision of the Building Official – grill tables, 3863 Farnam Street

Approval of an alternate material – refrigerant pipes, 17800 George Miller Parkway

 

NOTE: All requests for sign language interpreters (signers) will require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. If necessary, contact the Board Secretary at (402) 444-5150 ext. 2005.

NEW CASES:

Waiver of Section 55-503 – Variance to the permitted use regulations in the GI District to allow Religious Assembly not otherwise permitted; 4223 S. 120th St.

Waiver of Section 55-163 & 55-166 – Variance to allow a Warehousing and Distribution (limited) use, not otherwise permitted in the R3 district for an existing storage building; 13612 Miami St. & 13611 Corby St.

Waiver of Section 55-105 – Variance to the permitted use regulations of the DR District to allow a Two-Family Residential use not otherwise permitted, in order to allow for the construction of a primary residence; 8809 N. 48th St.

Waiver of Section 55-503 – Variance to the permitted use regulations of the GI District to allow for a Heavy Industry use (batch plant) not otherwise permitted to expand its current operations onto the site; 6002 N. 89th Cir. And 6205 & 6225 N. 87th Cir.
