The North Omaha Historical Grant Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 4:00 pm via Zoom (see below). The public hearing will be held to receive public comment on grant proposals that showcase important historical aspects of defined areas within North Omaha or assist with the reduction of street and gang violence in defined areas of North Omaha.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on September 29, 2020, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:

Class C Liquor License for SEI Investments LLC dba Blue Chip Ultra Lounge located at 14805 W. Maple Road.

Class I Liquor License for Omaha Performing Arts Society dba Orpheum Theater located at 409 S 16th Street.

Class I Liquor License for Omaha Performing Arts Society dba Holland Performing Arts Center located at 1200 Douglas Street.

Class K Liquor License for MIXICHIX LLC dba Maloney’s Irish Pub located at 1830 N 72nd Street.

Anyone interested in this matter or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
