PROJECT: NE-2023-023-00 SPEC: 11-23 GARAGE DOORS REPLACEMENTS.

NOTICE OF IFB

The Regional Transit Authority of the City of Omaha, d/b/a/ Metro is seeking qualified suppliers to remove and replace various sizes of rolling garage doors at the Administration Building Bus Storage Area located at 2222 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE.  The removal and replacement shall meet all City of Omaha and State of Nebraska codes.

Metro will receive sealed bids for that purpose, until September 6, 2023, 2:00 p.m. Central Time, (“Submission Deadline”). Bids not received by Metro as of the Submission Deadline will not be considered responsive and will not be opened.  Bids not meeting specified delivery and methods of submittal will not be considered responsive and will not be opened. Metro reserves the right to extend the Submission Deadline by issuing an Addendum. The full IFB and related documents maybe found at www.ometro.com.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on August 23, 2023, at 10:00am. Conference will be held in the Metro Board room and will include a walkthrough of the shop area. If you will be attending, please wear closed toes shoes and bring a high visibility safety vest. Requests for Clarifications, Substitutions or approved equals must be submitted in writing on the forms provided in this solicitation no later than Monday, August 28, 2023, at 10:00 am.
