NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, April 24, 2023, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at https://www.cityofomaha.org/omaha-streetcar.

Section 49-1524: Request approval to use C900 pipe at 209 Frances St.

Section 49-1001: Request approval of alternative materials of construction for systems inside corrosive environments south of 5600 S 10 St.

Section 49- 533:  Request permission to drill a water well.

Section 49-1110: Request waiver of grease interceptor requirements.

Section 49- 218: Requests to renew course, renew instructors and approve new instructors.

Requests to reinstate licenses.Request for an extension of a temporary Master Plumber license.Request for testing accommodations.

Approval of Apprenticeship Agreements.
