NEW CASES:

Waiver of Section 55-834 & 55-933(b) –

Variance to the maximum square footage per monument sign from 32 sq. ft. to 87.5 sq. ft. and 92 sq. ft.; to the front yard setback for a monument sign from 12’ to 0’ and 6’; and to the maximum height for a monument sign in an urban design district from 12’ to 29’ to allow for the proposed signage plan for an existing hospital; 8200 Dodge St. & 8404 Indian Hills Dr.

Waiver of Section 55-834 & 55-933(b) –

Variance to the front yard setback for a monument sign from 12’ to 6’ to allow for replacement and construction of a new monument sign for an existing hospital; 8534 Cass St.

Waiver of Section 55-836 – Variance to the

maximum sign budget from 292.5 sq. ft. to 521 sq. ft. to allow for the proposed signage plan for an existing sports complex; 702 N. 210th St.

Waiver of Section 55-830 – Variance to the

maximum height for a wall sign from 16’ to 24’; to the maximum square footage per wall sign from 32 sq. ft. to 33 sq. ft.; and to the maximum sign budget from 32 sq. ft. to 62.75 sq. ft. to allow for the installation of a new wall sign for an existing health care facility; 1540 N. 72nd St.

Waiver of Section 55-206 – Variance to the

front yard setback from 35’ to 15’ to allow for the construction of a new detached garage; 2520 Hanscom Blvd.

Waiver of Section 55-782(b)(2) & 55-767(c)

– Variance to the permitted parking location on a residential lot to allow parking within the required front yard setback and to the home occupation regulations to allow for external effects outside of the housing unit by allowing for the parking of commercial vehicles and employees for an off-premises plumbing company; 12604 Yates St.

Waiver of Section 55-836 – Variance to the

front yard setback for a monument sign from 12’ to 0’ to allow for the construction of a monument sign for a new gas station; 3021 N. 204th St.

Waiver of Section 55-715 – Variance to the

minimum street yard landscaping requirement from 60% to 51% to allow for a previously constructed driveway extension to remain; 4215 Spring St.

Waiver of Section 55-716, 55-717, & 55-

734 – Variance to the minimum bufferyard requirement between AG and GI from 60’ to 0’, to the screening requirement, and to the required off-street parking stalls from 4,470 to 805 to allow for a data center; Northwest of State St. and Blair High Rd.

Waiver of Section 55-734 – Variance to the

required number of off-street parking stalls from 2 to 1 to allow for the construction of four single-family homes; 5073, 5080, 5092 & 5096 Vernon Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-186 – Variance to the

rear yard setback from 25’ to 17’ to allow for the construction of a home addition; 7453 Frederick St.

Waiver of Section 55-146 – Variance to the

rear yard setback from 25’ to 4’ to allow for the construction of a detached garage; 325 Beverly Dr.
