Waiver of Sections 55-207(c)(2) & 55-206 – Variance to the minimum lot width for a Duplex Residential use from 60’ to 50’ and to the interior side yard setback for a duplex from 7’ to 5’ to allow for the construction of a new duplex; 2106 S. 42nd St.

Waiver of Section 55-126 & 55-782(b)(2) – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 15’ to allow for the construction of a new home addition; 506 Ridgewood Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-206 – Variance to the minimum lot width from 40’ to 28’ and 21.7’; to the minimum lot area from 4,000 sq. ft. to 3,353 sq. ft. and 2,602 sq. ft.; and to the interior side yard setback from 5’ to 4.2’ and 3’ in order to split the site into two lots; 3120 & 3122 Miami St.

Waiver of Section 55-226 – Variance to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 11.3’ and 22.8’ and to the front yard setback from 25’ to 20.9’ and 6.4’ in order to split the site into two lots; 2303 N. 205th St. & 20490 Poplar St.

Waiver of Section 55-166 – Variance to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 9’ 2” and to the front yard setback from 35’ to 31’ 3” to allow for the construction of a new home addition, garage addition, and covered front porch and patio; 13906 & 13912 Corby St.

Waiver of Section 55-786 – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, privacy fence in the front yard setback; 6512 & 6524 Garvin St.

Waiver of Section 55-206 – Variance to the maximum impervious coverage from 60% to 72% to allow for the expansion of a parking lot for an existing church; 5601 Leavenworth St.

Waiver of Section 55-126 – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 22’ to allow for the construction of a garage addition; 1024 S. 211th St.

Waiver of Section 55-506, 55-715,  55-734, 55-718, and 55-740(f) – Variance to the front yard setback from 50’ from the center line of the fronting street to 0’; to the maximum impervious coverage from 90% to 97%; to the minimum required street yard landscaping from 10% to 3%; to the minimum required street yard landscaping depth from 12.5’ to 0’; to the minimum required perimeter parking lot landscaping depth from 10’ to 5’ and 0’; to the required number of standard parking stalls from 14 to 10; to the requirement of one tree planting for every 500 sq. ft. of minimum street yard landscaping depth to rearrange and upgrade its current operations on the site.

Waiver of Section 55-740(e) – Variance to the hard-surface driveway requirement to allow a gravel driveway to a new single-family home; 11311 N. 60th St.
