PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on November 5, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located south of 175th Street and Blue Heron Parkway from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High-Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Majestic 178 (Lots 99-196, Outlots D-H), a subdivision outside city limits, located south of 175th Street and Blue Heron Parkway, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Celebrity Homes, Inc., the Majestic 178 Homeowners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 617 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Majestic 178 (Lots 99-196 and Outlots D-H) and is located south of 175th Street and Blue Heron Parkway.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located northwest of 24th and Pratt Streets, to approve the Development Plan.

An ordinance to rescind the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located northwest of 24th and Pratt Streets.

An ordinance to repeal the PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a R5-ACI-1 District, for property located northwest of 24th and Pratt Streets.
