Waiver of Section 55-786 – Variance to the fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, greater than 50% open fence in the front yard setback of an existing cemetery; 3202 Parker St.

Waiver of Section 55-166 – Variance to the maximum impervious coverage from 45% to 53% to allow for the construction of a paved parking addition for an existing, single-family home; 3316 Center St.

Waiver of Section 55-782(b)(6) – Variance to the accessory structure setback from 3’ to 2’ to allow for the replacement of a detached garage; 5715 Pacific St.

Waiver of Section 55-226 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 3’ to allow for a lot split between two properties; 4858 S. 121st St. & 12105 Lisa Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-715 & 55-735 – Variance to the required parking lot location to allow for parking within a front yard setback, to the minimum depth requirement from 20’ to 10’; and to the minimum street yard landscaping requirement from 65% to 50% to allow for the construction of a parking area and drop-off lane to serve an existing school; 3535 Paddock Rd.

Waiver of Section 55-186 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 35’ to 2’ to allow for the construction of an overhead entrance canopy on an existing school; 1312 Robertson Dr.

Waiver of Section 55-740 – Variance to the minimum perimeter parking lot landscaping from 10’ to 7’ and 1’ to allow for the construction of a parking lot to serve a renovated building; 2711 N. 24th St. & 2234 Miami St.

Waiver of Section 55-740 – Variance to the minimum required perimeter parking lot landscaping from 10’ to 5’ to 0’ to allow for the construction of a parking lot to serve three new industrial flex buildings; NE of 28th Ave. & Deer Park Blvd.

Waiver of Section 55-740 – Variance to the minimum required perimeter parking lot landscaping from 10’ to 5’ to 0’ to allow for the construction of a parking lot to serve a new industrial flex building; 2416 Castelar St.

Waiver of Section 55-506 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 10’ to 6.8’ to allow previously constructed access stairs on an industrial building to remain; 8715 N. Irvington Rd.

Waiver of Section 55-740 & 55-716 – Variance to the hard-surfacing requirements, perimeter landscaping and bufferyard between the CBD and HI Districts from 20’ to 0’ to allow for a temporary, gravel parking lot; NE of 12th St. & Millwork Ave.
